Recruiter - Agency Experience

Recruiter – Sourcing & Delivery - Urgent Requirement Initial 6-month contract - can be extended based on performance Salt is looking for a Recruiter with strong agency experience to support our team across sourcing, headhunting and candidate delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is highly proactive, confident in approaching passive candidates and strong at managing talent pipelines for fast-moving client requirements. Must have experience in the Middle East and Key Responsibilities • Source and headhunt candidates across live roles. • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines. • Conduct candidate screening, qualification and shortlist preparation. • Manage candidates through the recruitment process from initial outreach to submission. • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and market mapping to identify talent. • Partner closely with consultants to understand role requirements and delivery priorities. Requirements • Previous recruitment agency experience is essential. • Strong headhunting and sourcing capability. • Advanced Boolean search skills. • Excellent candidate management and communication skills. • Confidently engaging passive candidates. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Experience recruiting across multiple business lines will be a benefit Show more Show less
