Brand Operations Manager Location: UAE Industry: Equestrian Fashion Retail Role Purpose: The Brand Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the brand, ensuring seamless retail and e-commerce operations while driving sales, merchandising, customer experience, and brand presence across all channels. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily retail and e-commerce operations. • Plan and execute merchandise buying and inventory management. • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and vendors. • Oversee online sales platforms and order fulfilment. • Manage social media content, digital campaigns, and brand engagement. • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports. • Ensure exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. • Support brand growth initiatives, events, and new product launches. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Technology (Mandatory). Experience • 5–8 years of relevant experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, lifestyle, or apparel brands. • Experience in merchandising, buying, retail operations, and e-commerce. • Prior experience managing social media and digital retail platforms is preferred. • Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment will be an advantage.
