Operations Manager - E-Commerce

JOB TITLE\u00A0 Manager - Operations| MAF Retail | Hypermarket UAE\u00A0 The Operation Manager is responsible of managing the day-to-day execution of company\u2019s E-Commerce Operations, which includes and not limited to operation management, monitoring Picking rates, Marshalling, and Dispatch. He / She should keep the team motivated and drive them to increase the efficiency and work towards the organizational goals. Also, liaise with the store and make sure that the customers are fully satisfied with the online service in terms of on time delivery, freshness, quality and fulfillment of their order, coordinate with HO all the necessary measures and actions taken to ensure P&L is aligned with the budget. Manage day-to-day execution of the company’s E-Commerce Operations, including operation management, monitoring picking rates, marshalling, and dispatch. Motivate the team to increase efficiency and align with organizational goals. Liaise with the store to ensure customers are satisfied with online service (on-time delivery, freshness, quality, and order fulfillment). Coordinate with head office to ensure P&L is aligned with the budget.
