WE'RE HIRING: CORPORATE LAWYER Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will provide legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters, ensure compliance with UAE laws, manage contracts, and protect the company's legal interests. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents. • Provide legal advice on corporate governance, commercial transactions, and employment matters. • Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies. • Manage company legal records, licenses, and corporate documentation. • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel. • Support dispute resolution, claims, and litigation matters. • Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions to safeguard the company's interests. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.); Master's Degree is an advantage. • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer or Legal Counsel. • Experience in corporate, commercial, construction, or real estate law is preferred. • Strong knowledge of UAE corporate, commercial, and labor laws. • Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
