What You'll Do • Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and your professional network. • Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and cultural fit. • Present qualified candidates for assigned vacancies. • Build and maintain talent pipelines within your area of expertise. • Coordinate with the Zippy Talent team throughout the recruitment process. • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
