The ideal candidate will lead procurement activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services aligned with project goals and business needs. How You’ll Make An Impact • Lead end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, bid evaluations, PO issuance, and contract management. • Collaborate with engineering and project execution teams for early engagement and optimized sourcing strategies. • Identify and qualify suppliers, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and compliance standards. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize value and mitigate risk. • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or invoicing. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP systems (e.g., SAP). • Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to procurement policies and procedures. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or engineering projects. • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). • Knowledge of contract law, international sourcing, and vendor management best practices. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. • Knowledge of automation, control systems, and electrical procurement is an advantage.
