Manager – Business Development & Operations (Dubai) About the Role NOVUS Surfaces is seeking a high-energy Manager to lead our Dubai operations. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales and overseeing the end-to-end operational cycle for our premium sintered stone, quartz, and porcelain facade solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers (Procurement/Technical Departments) at leading Developers, Contractors, Consultants, and Interior Design firms. • Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle - from cold calling and on-site visits to technical presentations and final contract negotiation. • Market Strategy: Utilize deep knowledge of ongoing high-level projects in Dubai to position NOVUS as the preferred vendor. • Operations & Logistics: Manage import documentation, customs requirements, and supply chain logistics to ensure seamless project delivery. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships to secure NOVUS on project Approved Vendor Lists (AVL). Requirements • Proven track record in the UAE building materials/construction supply industry. • Strong existing network of Dubai-based consultants, developers, and interior design firms. • Solid understanding of import logistics and UAE trade documentation. • Valid UAE driver’s license and readiness for frequent field-based site visits. • Must be fluent in English and working knowledge in Arabic. • Highly proficient in CRM tools for pipeline reporting and performance tracking.
