Job Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business opportunities. • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to convert leads into successful projects. • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends. • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports. • Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions. • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales. • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
