Reporting To Planning Manager / Project Manager Job Purpose To support project execution by developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely completion of activities in line with contractual milestones. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Scheduling • Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project. • Develop baseline, weekly, and monthly execution plans. • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site teams to align schedules. • Identify critical path activities and potential risks to project timelines. Monitoring & Control • Track daily/weekly progress and compare planned vs actual performance. • Analyze delays and recommend recovery plans. • Prepare look-ahead schedules and manpower/equipment forecasts. • Monitor material availability against schedule requirements.
