About the role

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Proven experience in mega projects valued at SAR 100 million or above.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of Level 3/4 schedules, CPM, S-curves, dashboards, resource histograms, KPIs, and progress reporting.
• Relevant professional certification in project planning or project controls is mandatory.
• Knowledge of EOT claims, TIA, Windows Analysis, risk management, and contractual requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline programs, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, productivity, and performance using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Prepare Level 3 and Level 4 schedules, weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and resource histograms.
• Analyze critical paths, schedule delays, risks, and performance deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review subcontractor schedules, progress reports, and payment applications.
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis using TIA and Windows Analysis, where applicable.
• Track variation orders and update the master project schedule.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project scope, budgets, and deadlines.
