Job Description Senior Technical Lead Others, Abu Dhabi Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions and delivered successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions to elicit requirements.Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flows.Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.Collaborate with business users, project managers, architects, developers, and testing teams.Support solution design, UAT planning, test case review, and defect resolution.Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and sign-off sessions.Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Assist in change management, training, and user adoption activities.Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.Required SkillsStrong expertise in requirements elicitation and business process modeling.Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.Proficiency in creating process maps using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.Experience in data analysis and reporting.
