The candidate will be responsible for driving user adoption, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and change readiness activities to ensure successful business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies and plans.Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and change readiness assessments.Create and implement communication and engagement plans.Design and deliver end-user training programs and learning materials.Manage resistance and support adoption across business functions.Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, HR, and IT stakeholders.Define and track change adoption KPIs and success metrics.Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and leadership alignment sessions.Support business process transformation and ERP implementations (SAP, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.).Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports.Required SkillsExpertise in Change Management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, etc.).Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.Change impact assessment and organizational readiness analysis.Training strategy, content development, and delivery.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.Project management knowledge and experience working in Agile/Waterfall environments.
