Facilities Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. The Facilities Manager is responsible to oversee all building-related activities by preserving a good condition of infrastructure and ensure that all building facilities are safe and well functioning. The Facilities Manager has the overall responsibility for overseeing the implementation of policies, building insurance, PPM work, Documentation, procedures and programs that will assure well-managed, well-maintained buildings and facilities, placing maximum emphasis on leading a staff in the positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs.

Oversee all building-related activities, preserve a good condition of infrastructure, ensure building facilities are safe and well functioning, implement policies, building insurance, PPM work, documentation, procedures and programs, lead staff to respond to tenants' concerns, ensure environmental health and safety, and manage quality programs.
