Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS) is looking for an experienced and motivated Lounge Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Airport Lounge and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities - Supervise the daily operations of the airport lounge and ensure smooth service delivery. - Lead, coach, and support the lounge team to maintain high service standards. - Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns. - Coordinate with internal teams and airport stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency. - Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance. - Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards. - Prepare daily operational reports and support continuous service improvement.
