Valet Supervisor

To supervise and coordinate valet operations, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, safety, and efficiency while managing valet drivers and maintaining company service standards. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and lead valet drivers during daily operations. - Ensure vehicles are parked, retrieved, and delivered safely and efficiently. - Monitor staff attendance, grooming, performance, and discipline. - Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. - Allocate duties and work schedules to valet staff. - Conduct daily briefings and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Monitor vehicle movements and maintain accurate records and reporting. - Ensure assigned parking areas are organized, safe, and operational. - Train, coach, and evaluate valet drivers to maintain service excellence. - Investigate and report incidents, damages, accidents, or customer complaints. - Coordinate with clients, site management, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Ensure all drivers hold valid licenses and comply with traffic regulations and safety requirements.
