Job Description Apply now Job Title: Senior Client Business Partner Posting Start Date: 9/18/26 Job Description: Purpose of the Job The Senior Client Business Partner is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key clients to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction. This role involves understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. Job Description Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with clients to develop strategic business plans that align with their objectives. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose relevant solutions. Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets. Develop and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support lead generation efforts. Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment on client needs. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences. Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the commercial team. Job Requirements - Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in client management, business development, or sales, preferably in transportation and logistics industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
