About the Role: To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake milk and process specified dairy products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (efficiencies, loss-in-process, zero non-conformance) by targeting the right Product Specifications, Quality and Safety Standards Requirement: Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below: • Degree qualification in Dairy / Food Technology • Working knowledge and understanding of implementation of International Quality Standards like ISO 9000 and HACCP • 3 years’ experience on FMCG set up • Experienced in processing of Milk • Experienced with Automated Process Control • Commissioned some automated plants handling milk and other dairy productsExperience in working with a multicultural team.
