Lobby Ambassador (UAE National)

- You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. - The primary responsibility of the Lobby Ambassador is to warmly welcome and assist guests, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster a safe, welcoming, and professional environment that enhances the overall guest experience. - Supports in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division. - Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the hotel operation. - Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are required to support efficient Front Office operations and deliver a high standard of guest service. - Only for UAE National.
