We’re Hiring: Sales / Business Development Manager – Car Rental | Dubai We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager with strong commercial skills and the ability to actively generate business, build a client portfolio and close deals for a growing Car Rental business in Dubai. Salary: AED 10,000–12,000 + Standard benefits Location: Dubai, UAE Key Focus • Actively generate new leads and ready business opportunities • Develop corporate & B2B accounts • Target companies, hotels, travel & tourism partners and other high-volume clients • Convert opportunities into short-term and long-term rental contracts • Build business through own network, referrals, partnerships and direct outreach • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure • Drive monthly revenue and fleet utilization targets • Develop repeat and referral business from existing clients Candidate Profile • UAE experience in Car Rental / Automotive / Mobility / Leasing preferred • Strong Sales & Business Development background • Proven ability to independently generate and close business • Existing UAE corporate/client network is a strong advantage • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills • UAE Driving Licence preferred We are looking for a strong business generator who can create opportunities — not someone dependent only on incoming leads.
