Payroll Accountant Officer

Issue monthly payroll & follow up the related deductions and allowances. Requirements: Key Roles & Responsibilities: ▪ Entering data and follow up the employees accounts (vacation, end of service, Tickets, residence permit, employee’s loans). ▪ Follow up the employee s loans and deduct from salary. ▪ Performs other Applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills activities. ▪ Data entry of changes in salary accounts, deductions etc. ▪ Prepares monthly salary in HCM Oracle System. ▪ Preparing all types of entitlements of the employees. ▪ Follow up the employees for all types of loans and deductions and make the necessary changes in the salary account. ▪ Responsible for maintaining and settling all types of issues in monthly payroll. ▪ Responsible for the reconciliation of accounts and accuracy of the accounts for the employees Qualifications and Certifications: ▪ Bachelor degree in Accounting .
