• Key Responsibilities:
• - Perform high-quality paintless dent repair (PDR) on customer vehicles, including small dents, dings, and hail damage.
• - Inspect and assess damage to determine appropriate repair methods.
• - Use specialized PDR tools to access and remove dents without affecting paintwork.
• - Ensure all repairs meet company and industry standards for safety and quality.
• - Communicate with service advisors, estimators, and customers regarding repair status and timelines.
• - Maintain a clean and organized work area and care for company tools and equipment.
• - Follow all safety guidelines and workplace procedures.
• - Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to overall team success.
• Qualifications & Experience:
• - Proven experience as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• - Strong technical knowledge of PDR tools and techniques.
• - Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
• - Attention to detail and high level of craftsmanship.
• - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• - Certification or formal training in PDR is a plus.
• Skills Required:
• - Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• - Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• - Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Work Environment:
• - Automotive repair shop / collision center environment.
• - Requires standing, bending, and working with tools for extended periods.
• - Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
