Chain Reaction is an award-winning digital marketing agency based in GCC and Levant. We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more. Chain Reaction is looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented designer with strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and social-first content creation. You will be responsible for developing high-quality visual assets across multiple digital platforms, adapting creative concepts for different formats and placements, and delivering engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices. Requirements
- - Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- - Strong video editing skills with DaVinci Resolve
- - Good understanding of motion, pacing, transitions, and social-first video editing
- - Strong visual composition, typography, layout, and color grading skills
- - Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Facebook, and YouTube
- - Ability to create static posts, carousels, Stories, Reels, and short-form videos
- - Experience working with bilingual (Arabic & English) designs
- - Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Adaptation & Production Skills
- - Experience adapting master creative into multiple formats and placements
- - Strong understanding of social media aspect ratios, safe zones, and platform requirements
- - Ability to resize and optimize assets across platforms
- - Experience creating paid-media adaptations while maintaining brand and messaging integrity
- - Ability to edit and repurpose existing video content into platform-specific cutdowns
