About the role

Requirements

• - Education: Strictly must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
• - Experience: 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience is required.
• - Industry: Experience in Real Estate & Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• - Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Excel, ERP systems, and financial forecasting.
• - Soft Skills: Good communication skills to negotiate with banks and present to management.

Responsibilities

• Cash Flow & Treasury
• - Manage daily cash balances and maintain weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts.
• - Optimize working capital across different projects or business units.
• - Reduce financial risks and ensure the company has sufficient liquidity.
• Banking & Compliance
• - Serve as the main point of contact for our banking partners.
• - Help secure and manage credit lines, loans, and bank facilities (LCs, BGs).
• - Ensure full compliance with banking terms and submit monthly stock or project statements on time.
• MIS & Financial Planning
• - Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to senior management.
• - Track actual spending against budgets and analyze variances.
• - Partner with operational heads to align financial forecasts with project or factory milestones
