We actively build a positive and collaborative working environment by bringing in people who encourage and support their teammates, take full ownership, proactively solve problems and focus on results.  Key Responsibilities - Lead pre-contract commercial services, including cost plans, estimates, budgets and benchmarking from concept to tender. - Prepare quantities, measurement and cost models using CostX, in accordance with NRM/POMI and client requirements. - Develop procurement strategies and tender documentation, including BOQs and pricing schedules. - Manage tender processes, including tender analysis, clarifications and award recommendations. - Support post-contract administration of FIDIC contracts, including valuations, variations, cost reports and final accounts. - Prepare cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections, highlighting commercial risks. - Act as the day-to-day commercial contact for clients, design teams and contractors. - Supervise and develop Quantity Surveyors and Assistant QSs. - Ensure compliance with RICS standards, internal QA procedures and KSA regulatory requirements.
