We actively build a positive and collaborative working environment by bringing in people who encourage and support their teammates, take full ownership, proactively solve problems and focus on results.  Key Responsibilities - Lead commercial and contract management across pre- and post-contract stages for major projects. - Lead the pre-contract function, overseeing cost planning, estimating and pricing from feasibility to contract award. - Lead and sign off cost plans, estimates and pricing, ensuring accuracy, consistency and market alignment. - Price and review BOQs and tenders, including rate build-ups, preliminaries and risk allowances. - Review and challenge contractor pricing and rates to ensure value for money. - Lead procurement and tendering, including strategy, tender analysis, negotiation and award recommendations. - Advise clients on procurement and contract strategy, including contract selection and risk allocation.
