• Key Responsibilities
• ·         Support the day-to-day coordination of sales opportunities and activities under the guidance of senior Sales and Business Development team members.
• ·         Update and maintain CRM records, customer information, opportunity stages, follow-up dates, sales activities and pipeline data accurately and on time.
• ·         Prepare regular CRM and sales reports, including pipeline status, pending actions, opportunity updates and management summaries.
• ·         Coordinate customer meetings, internal sales meetings, discovery sessions, presentations and solution demonstrations.
• ·         Prepare meeting agendas where required, capture Minutes of Meeting (MoM), document key decisions, action items, owners and deadlines, and follow up for closure.
• ·         Support the preparation and formatting of customer presentations, proposals, quotations, commercial offers, capability documents and other sales materials.
• ·         Coordinate with Presales, Technical, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Partner Management and other internal teams to collect the information required for proposals and customer responses.
• ·         Maintain proper sales documentation and organize proposals, quotations, customer communications, meeting records and opportunity-related files.
• ·         Assist with RFP, RFQ and tender coordination, including document collection, internal follow-up, submission tracking and deadline management.
• ·         Support customer and prospect follow-ups through email, telephone and scheduled meetings as directed by the Sales team.
• ·         Conduct basic customer, account, industry and market research to support sales planning and opportunity development.
• ·         Support technology partner and vendor coordination activities where required.
• ·         Learn InnovationTeam’s technology services and solutions and gradually develop the ability to communicate their business value to customers.
• ·         Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure the sales process progresses efficiently from opportunity creation through proposal, follow-up and closure.
• Required Qualifications
• ·         Saudi National – mandatory.
• ·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• ·         6 months to 1+ years of work experience in sales coordination, business support, administration, customer service, business development or a similar role. Relevant internship or trainee experience may also be considered.
• ·         Strong interest in building a career within B2B technology sales and digital transformation.
• ·         Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• ·         Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• ·         Good documentation, organization and follow-up skills.
• ·         Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders in a structured manner.
• ·         Willingness to learn CRM tools, enterprise sales processes and InnovationTeam’s technology portfolio.
• Preferred Skills
• ·         Exposure to CRM or sales pipeline tools.
• ·         Experience preparing presentations, reports, meeting minutes or business documents.
• ·         Basic understanding of cloud computing, AI, software solutions or digital transformation is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• ·         Previous internship or trainee experience in an IT, consulting, technology or B2B services company is preferred.
• ·         Basic understanding of the Saudi government and enterprise business environment is an advantage.

• The selected candidate will receive practical exposure and on-the-job training in InnovationTeam’s sales process, CRM management, enterprise customer engagement, proposal preparation, technology solutions and cross-functional coordination. The objective is to develop the employee progressively from a sales coordination role into a customer-facing technology sales professional.
