Project: Shah Gas Job Title: HVAC Foreman Location: UAE Job Description: Mission ▪ Ensure safe maintenance execution of Electrical HVAC equipment, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations and international std. ▪ Set and promote Leadership in Safety attitudes ▪ Coordinate, supervise department activities and provide Technical support to team members ▪ Instruct and lead technicians with regards to acceptable attitudes and behaviors Tasks Maintenance Execution ▪ Ensure that services are carried out in strict compliance with Company and Client current HSE rules ▪ Execute Maintenance Preventive and Correctives operations (routine and short-term) ▪ Coordinate Contract or personnel for the smooth execution of the services ▪ Report and/or advise Discipline Supervisor on Daily basesMaintenance planning ▪ Implement and request the logistical means necessary for smooth maintenance operations, taking the various constraints into account when planning and carrying out operations ▪ Take part in different daily, weekly and site coordination meetings when required by supervisor ▪ Ensure the preparation of Maintenance reports for submission to the relevant discipline supervisor ▪ Ensure the movement of spare parts according to the requirements of Maintenance operations ▪ Supervise stock of relevant raw materials, PDR, consumables and tools ▪ Inform the discipline supervisor by appropriate reporting, on the progress of maintenance operations and, if necessary, of difficulties encountered ▪ Follow-up the maintenance activity through a Work Order system and approve the maintenance Work Order reports through the use of the most common CMMS (SAP-UNISUP-MAXIMO-DATASTREAM, etc.)Technical Support/Methods ▪ Use the appropriateness of the operating and maintenance procedures used by his crews and, if necessary, suggests improvements ▪ Keep an up-to-date list of work that cannot be performed except during inspections of machines or shutdowns ▪ Maintain a permanent anticipation on the potential problems that could occur in the production plant, with close relationship with other sections, in order to prevent non-productive or non-efficient operationsTeam Leading ▪ Be responsible for hiis teams on site, specifically: - Participate to the identification of training needs of his teams - Get involved in the Nationalization plan - Get involved on appraisal and Competence assessment for his staff - Be commited to Train/Coach/Mentor his local staffHSE ▪ Demonstrate commitment to safety through language, behaviour and actions ▪ Ensure the correct behaviour of his teams in accordance with the general safety regulations of the subsidiary and, if needed, take the necessary corrective measures ▪ Ensure all necessary controls to mitigate risks and/or eliminate hazards ▪ Execute performance monitoring via regular observation of working practices, assessing compliance with safe systems of work and work instructions ▪ Acknowledge the involvement of its job role in the permit to work system and verifies the safety measures described in the permit to work for its job role involvement, including area preparation and restoration What are we looking for? Education: Master's degree or bachelor's degree in Engineering. Experience: 10 years of experience as a HVAC Foreman within the oil & gas industry. Languages: English required.

Mission and Tasks: Ensure safe maintenance execution of Electrical HVAC equipment in compliance with HSE rules and international standards; promote safety leadership; coordinate and supervise department activities; provide technical support to team; instruct and lead technicians. Maintenance execution: carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate contracts or personnel, prepare maintenance reports, manage spare parts and stock, operate and report through CMMS (SAP, UNISUP, MAXIMO, DATASTREAM); maintenance planning and logistics; participate in daily/weekly/site coordination meetings. Technical support: ensure proper operating and maintenance procedures, suggest improvements, maintain list of non-performing work, anticipate potential problems. Team leading: supervise on-site teams, identify training needs, participate in nationalization and competence assessments, coach and mentor local staff. HSE: uphold safety standards, implement controls, monitor performance, ensure permit-to-work compliance for the role.
