Job Title: HSE Administrator Role Purpose (Mission) The HSE Administrator provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) function. The role ensures accurate documentation, reporting, and tracking of HSE activities to support the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System across projects and operational activities. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation, updating, and distribution of HSE procedures, guidelines, and safety communications. Maintain and organize HSE documentation, records, and compliance registers. Assist in HSE reporting activities, including incident logs, safety statistics, and KPI tracking. Support incident reporting and follow-up tracking, ensuring timely documentation and closure of actions. Assist in internal HSE audits by preparing records, evidence, and audit documentation. Help coordinate risk assessment documentation (e.g., HAZID/HAZOP registers, risk assessment records) and ensure updates are properly recorded. Track HSE training records, certifications, and compliance requirements. Support emergency preparedness activities by maintaining drill records and related documentation. Assist in managing Permit-to-Work documentation flow and approvals (administrative support role). Provide administrative support for subcontractor HSE documentation compliance (e.g., safety submissions, records tracking). Ensure proper filing and traceability of HSE-related documents in line with company systems. Support communication of HSE updates, lessons learned, and safety alerts.
