Key Responsibilities - Lead and support customer journey mapping exercises for a financial services client. - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements. - Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable insights. - Work closely with CRM and Martech teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities. - Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation efforts throughout the engagement.
Requirements
- Experience
- - 5–7 years of solid, relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Industry Knowledge
- - Strong familiarity with the financial services industry.
- Technical Exposure
- - Hands-on experience working with CRM and Martech platforms.

- - Proactive, collaborative, and approachable.
- - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- - Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
