Purpose of the position: As Offshore Methods Draftsman, you will respond to the Project Manager and be part of the COMP2 / Ruya12 project within Subsea Engineering Department. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities: With Offshore Transportation and Installation Experience With particular reference (but not limited to) to shallow water activities (S-Lay / Jacket / Deck / Cables / Structures installation). The resource shall be experienced with following activities / drawings: Anchor pattern drawings – mooring of offshore vessels. Offshore Pipelines transportation & installation. Offshore jackets / decks / bridges transportation & installation. Transportation layouts / vessels – cargo barges. Other items as piles, risers, j-tubes, sleepers, mattresses transportation & installation. Offshore subsea facilities design: pipelines, flexible products, subsea structures. What are we looking for? Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical/Civil (preferable) or other Engineering degree Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in Offshore Installation engineering Industry (including operation follow up / offshore & yard experiences) Languages: Proficient in English Technical Skills / Knowledge with: With particular reference (but not limited to) to shallow water activities (S-Lay / Jacket / Deck / Cables / Structures installation) EPC Offshore Transportation and Installation Experience Onshore / Offshore based IT Skills: Autocad 2D/3D and similar software/tools Office package (including Microsoft Project) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills What can we offer to you: Permanent Contract - Project-based position Corporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package Working Hours: 45 hours weekly (9 hours x 5 days) Our One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.
