Technical Training Instructor

Key responsibilities - Deliver technical training in classroom, simulator-based and offshore formats - Facilitate IWCF and/or IADC Well Control courses while maintaining valid accreditations and training records - Develop and update training courses, assessments, and materials - Use the available simulators to their full potential to improve the learning experience - Support course scheduling to meet training center operational needs - Work with Training Center Management, Offshore Operations, HSE, HR, Marine, Engineering and Maintenance to keep training relevant and compliant - Provide analysis reports and training evaluation support to Senior Instructors and management - Take part in continuous improvement activities and ensure all work follows Company Management System procedures
