Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Events Management, Hospitality, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in activations, events, and execution; experience in hospitality, sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands preferred
• Hands-on activation and event execution, project and vendor coordination, brand and experiential marketing, and proficiency in MS Office
• Confident communicator and team player, detail-oriented and execution-driven, able to manage multiple activations simultaneously, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event days

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual activation and events calendar aligned with business objectives
• Translate marketing campaigns into compelling on-ground experiences
• Ensure all activations align with global brand guidelines and local positioning
• Identify new activation concepts, formats, and partnerships to drive engagement
• Monitor market trends, competitor activations, and customer behavior
• Plan and deliver in-venue and off-site activations, including leagues and tournaments, corporate event involvement, seasonal and cultural activations, and brand pop-ups and partnerships
• Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure high standards of guest experience and brand presentation
• Track performance and provide post-event reports and learnings
• Support local brand and corporate partnerships from an activation perspective
• Coordinate with sponsors and partners on activation requirements and branding
• Act as a key point of contact for activation-related stakeholders
• Support influencer visits, hosted experiences, and on-site content moments
• Build strong community engagement through grassroots and lifestyle activations
• Represent Five Iron Golf Riyadh professionally at external events and activations
• Support in-venue branding, signage, and experiential touchpoints
• Ensure activations enhance the overall guest journey and atmosphere
• Maintain activation assets, materials, and inventory
• Track activation KPIs including attendance, engagement, and revenue impact
• Provide post-activation performance summaries and recommendations
• Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Organize and execute Five Iron leagues and tournaments
