Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression of the venue
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
• Manage reservations, ticket bookings, and guest check-ins
• Handle all guest transactions accurately including simulator bookings, retail sales, F&B orders, and memberships.
• Operate POS systems, process payments (cash, credit, digital), and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, including balancing cash drawers and shift reports.
• Assist guests with retail purchases (golf equipment, apparel, accessories) by providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Ensure retail displays are neat, fully stocked, and aligned with brand presentation standards.
• Support promotions and upselling of retail and F&B items.
• Resolve billing inquiries and escalate discrepancies to supervisors when necessary.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints politely and efficiently.
