Senior Specialist - Cloud Operation

Job Purpose The Senior Specialist – Cloud Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operation, administration, monitoring, and optimization of the organization’s cloud environments. The role ensures cloud services remain available, secure, reliable, and cost-efficient, while providing advanced technical support and driving automation and continuous operational improvement. Key Responsibilities - Operate, administer, monitor, and support enterprise cloud platforms and services. - Ensure the availability, stability, performance, and operational readiness of cloud environments. - Monitor cloud infrastructure and proactively identify and resolve performance, capacity, availability, and configuration issues. - Provide L3 technical support for complex cloud incidents, service requests, and change requests, consistent with the responsibilities referenced in your internal material. Requirements Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - Typically 5–8 years of relevant IT/infrastructure experience, including strong hands-on exposure to cloud operations. - Hands-on experience with one or more major platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Public senior cloud roles similarly emphasize AWS/Azure, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, scalability, and cost efficiency
