(https://www.penspen.com) Job Description: Assist the PMS cost control team in monitoring and managing project costs throughout all phases. Review contractor cost reports, budgets, and forecasts for completeness and accuracy. Maintain up-to-date cost tracking and support variance analysis. Monitor commitments, expenditures, and trends to ensure alignment with project baselines. Support monthly reporting, invoice verification, and change management tracking. Ensure consistency of cost data within PMS systems and assist in preparing cost reports for Client submission. Coordinate with planning, contracts, and procurement functions to ensure accurate financial control and reporting. Required Experience Criteria in years Alternative (I): Eight (8) Years Alternative (II): Twelve (12) years Experience in project cost engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. Capable of evaluating and consulting on project cost accounting. Minimum Education Qualification Required: Alternative (I): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Administration/Business or Equivalent closely related field. Alternative (II): Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in project cost related expertise. The job location will be based on Alkhafji , Saudi Arabia.
