Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor Penspen is looking for suitable candidates for Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of the PMC projects in UAE. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing all financial, contractual, and procurement aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. He/She involves managing complex cost control, tendering, and contract administration for mega oil, gas, and energy projects. Qualification Required An Engineering Degree in any discipline from a recognised University. Experience Required & Skills Required - Minimum 10 years of experience in which more than 5 should be in the oil and gas EPC project on similar role. - Experience in contract development and cost management within the oil and gas or energy sectors. - Experience in handling interim valuations, variations, cost reporting, subcontract administration, and commercial dispute resolution. - Good working experience in SAP. #LI-VV1 Location UAE - Abu Dhabi Job Family Construction Type of Contract Fixed Term Contract Full/Part time Full Time Region (current) Middle East Ref No 16052
