Role Overview: - Shopify Management: Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.), and landing page optimisation. - Performance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Manage significant budgets with a focus on scaling CAC/ROAS. - Retention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Shopify-integrated tools. - Copywriting & Content: Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions, and email campaigns. - Data Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey. - Leadership: Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.
Requirements
- - Native English Speaker: Essential for high-level communication and copywriting.
- - Shopify Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.
- - Management Proven: Ability to show a track record of scaling an e-commerce brand
- - Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing automation.
- - Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required for the UAE "Manager" visa title; must be attested for the visa process and an immediate joiner
