We are looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Saudi Arabia to build that business from the ground up and own its P&L. This is not a feature role. You will define what the product is, how it is priced, who qualifies, how it stays compliant. The product construct. Define the lending products we launch in KSA and across Tabby's other markets, including eligibility, tenors, limits, repayment structure, and what happens at every edge of the flow. The P&L. Revenue and cost are yours: profit rates and pricing etc. You build the business case, commit to the numbers, and explain every month why they moved. Work with legal, compliance and external partners, and so the customer experience does not suffer for it. Billing and servicing logic. Billing logic, repayment options, early settlement, late fees, collections hand-offs. This is detailed work: you will sit with engineering and specify, case by case, what lands where and why. Strategy. Where this business should be in 12 and 24 months, which segments we serve, what we build next, and what we deliberately do not build. - Saudi Arabia residency, familiarity with the market and an understanding of local culture - 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Experience with credit or lending products matters most, but strong experience in fin-tech or tech products also works - A proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products - Attention to detail, our products work with people's money, so precision matters at every step - Comfort working with risk, compliance and legal to get a product approved, not just designed - Resilience and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment - Fluency in English and Arabic What you can expect - Ownership & Impact: A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one. - Culture: Collaborative, inclusive, and driven environment where your voice matters. - Flexibility: Enjoy flexible working hours designed to optimize productivity and balance. - Growth: Participate in the company’s employee stock options program and shape your career trajectory. - Support: Comprehensive health insurance, generous PTO and a Flexible Benefits budget to meet your personal needs. We are passionate about creating an inclusive, high-performing workplace that gives people from all backgrounds the support they need to thrive, grow, and meet their goals (whatever they may be). If this sounds exciting to you, we’d love to hear from you!
