About the role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Tabby Business, the B2B stream building financial products for merchants and growing businesses. We love solving complex problems, and we believe the best work comes from creative freedom, curiosity, and collaboration. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end experience for the Business Account, the merchant's financial home, across both the Merchant Dashboard (web) and the Business App (mobile). Your scope spans the debit foundation and the credit suite. You'll thrive on complexity, multi-product account states, lending and billing lifecycles, and regulatory surfaces, and turn them into clear, trustworthy experiences that businesses rely on every day. - Own end-to-end journeys across onboarding, activation and ongoing account management for the Business Account, across the Merchant Dashboard and Business App - Design clear, data-dense interfaces that make complex financial information, balances, statements, payouts, credit lines, easy to understand and act on - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Compliance/Risk, and UX Researchers to identify and solve key merchant and business problems - Partner with designers from other B2B and B2C streams to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience across Tabby - Use data, merchant feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses - Plan and conduct user research with business users, independently or in collaboration with the research team - Present and advocate for your design work to cross-functional and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment - Contribute Business Account patterns to the Tabby Business design system, across web and mobile - Take full ownership of your work, from early concept through polished execution, in a fast-paced, regulated, iterative environment - Proven experience designing digital products, ideally B2B, fintech, or complex data-rich tools - Strong craft skills demonstrated through a portfolio - Comfort designing across both web/dashboard and native mobile (iOS and Android) - Ability to handle complexity, financial and lending lifecycles, account states, and regulatory/compliance flows (KYB/KYC experience a plus) - Ability to think strategically and articulate a compelling design vision that aligns with product goals - Understanding of technical constraints and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering - Сonfident in your work and strong communication skills, whether you're talking to another designer or a C-level executive - Experience applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively - Experience in fintech or financial products strongly preferred - Fluency in English is required Relocation and Employment We offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you. Proven experience designing digital products, ideally for B2B fintech or data-rich tools. Comfort designing across web/dashboard and native mobile (iOS and Android). Ability to handle complexity, including financial and lending lifecycles and regulatory/compliance flows (KYB/KYC experience a plus). Fluent in English. Experience applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems.
