Senior Product Designer, Tabby Shop

Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success. We're building a different kind of system, in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today. What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along. About the role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to build a new product almost from the ground up: a marketplace of deals and special offers, a loyalty program, and cashback — inside an app with an audience of millions. Your mission is to help make it an app people open every day to shop smarter and save money. This is a high-ownership role. You'll shape the product's design direction from its earliest stages and see your work ship to a massive audience. - Design a new product area — deals marketplace, loyalty, and cashback — largely from scratch, from concept to production - Develop a deep understanding of the product logic and business context behind every feature you design - Work closely with your Product Manager: unpack business requirements, reframe problems, and turn them into design solutions that move business metrics while giving users an experience they genuinely enjoy - Collaborate day-to-day with UX Researchers to validate hypotheses and ground decisions in user insights - Partner with a UX Writer to craft clear, consistent product communication - Work hand-in-hand with the engineering team throughout delivery and own the quality of what ships to production - 5+ years of product design experience, with at least some of it on consumer products at scale - Strong product thinking: you understand business goals and user needs equally well, and you know how to balance them - A portfolio of shipped work that demonstrates end-to-end ownership — from problem framing to polished, production-ready UI - Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers - High craft standards: strong visual and interaction design skills, attention to detail, and care for what actually reaches users - Comfort with ambiguity — you can bring structure to a zero-to-one product space - You know how to optimize your workflow with AI tools and use them to work faster and smarter Nice to have - Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or fintech products - Hands-on experience with UX research methods and data-informed design decisions - Experience contributing to or working within a design system Why join - Rare opportunity to build a product from scratch inside an app with millions of active users - Real impact: your decisions directly shape a core strategic bet for the company - A strong cross-functional team — product, research, content, and engineering — all invested in quality Relocation and Employment We offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you. Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, Spain, UAE. What you can expect - We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, at times that suit you and your team. - A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one. - You should be comfortable with the idea that the quality of your work will influence the shape of your career. - Participation in the company’s employee stock options program. We are passionate about creating an inclusive, high-performing workplace that gives people from all backgrounds the support they need to thrive, grow, and meet their goals (whatever they may be). If this sounds exciting to you, we’d love to hear from you!
