Marketing Manger/ Assistant Marketing Manger

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with Keeta's vision and goals, with a focus on driving brand awareness and achieving business targets. 2. Formulate branding campaign, thematic, tactical & seasonal advertising, joint promotion and event plan. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and design. 4. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with restaurants for joint promotion opportunities. 5. Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, driving data-informed recommendations for optimization. 6. Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation. 7. Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to foster continuous improvement and innovation. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, communications, or related fields. 2. 4+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, with experience in localized operations for international brands. 3. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale marketing projects and achieving significant growth. 4. Excellent team management skills, with experience leading teams of 3 or more people. 5. Fluent in English and Arabic, with outstanding communication and cross-team collaboration skills. 6. Proficient in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to support daily work; willing to learn AI and proactively explore its application in business scenarios. Highlights: 1. Commercially minded - you understand how social media connects with marketing priorities and business outcomes. 2. Hands-on and execution-oriented - comfortable moving from idea to production to publishing and community management. 3. Strong understanding of Saudi Arabic, local humor, expressions and digital culture is highly preferred. 4. Experience in food delivery, F&B, e-commerce or consumer internet is a plus.
