Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute consumer communications strategies that support Keeta's business objectives, campaigns, and brand positioning, leading the planning and execution of product launches, partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and corporate announcements from a consumer communications perspective. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with consumer, lifestyle, technology, business, and trade media across Saudi Arabia. 3. Identify storytelling opportunities that showcase Keeta's impact on consumers, merchants, riders, and local communities. 4. Develop press materials including press releases, media pitches, Q&As, key messages, briefing documents, and spokesperson talking points. 5. Manage media inquiries and support interviews, media briefings, and press events. 6. Partner closely with Marketing to ensure earned media complements paid and owned campaigns, and work with Social Media and Content teams to maximize communications opportunities across owned channels. 7. Monitor media trends, competitor activity, and the broader food delivery landscape to identify opportunities and potential risks. 8. Manage communications agencies to ensure high-quality execution, reporting, and delivery against agreed KPIs. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 6–8 years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate affairs. 3. Experience in consumer technology, e-commerce, food delivery, FMCG, retail, or digital platforms is highly preferred. 4. Strong understanding of the Saudi media landscape and established relationships with key journalists. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. 6. Experience managing PR agencies and cross-functional stakeholders. 7. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 8.
