About the role
Responsibilities: 1. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Account Managers to own the day-to-day operational health of a portfolio of grocery merchants. Drive product assortment onboarding, catalog updates, and ongoing item maintenance, ensuring the digital shelf is always complete, competitive, and well-merchandised for both users and merchants. 2. Act as the first point of contact for merchant issues, orchestrating cross-functional troubleshooting - coordinating with CE, Fulfillment, and internal teams to drive fast, well-communicated resolutions. 3. Continuously monitor core experience and operational metrics, including delivery quality, picker performance, refunds/compensations, and out-of-stock rates. 4. Dig into the data to pinpoint root causes at the merchant and store level before they escalate into merchant complaints or user churn. Translate diagnostic findings into actionable recommendations, partnering seamlessly with AMs to drive merchant improvements. 5. Proactively identify product gaps and pain points, designing pragmatic interim workarounds to keep operations running smoothly until permanent fixes land. 6. Serve as the central point of convergence for product feature requests from the Grocery business line - aggregating frontline insights, building clear business cases, and driving solutions with Product and Engineering teams. 7. Partner with data teams to ensure product requirements are grounded in a deep understanding of user and merchant behavior. 8. Develop and iterate SOPs, playbooks, and internal tooling that turn recurring issues into standardized, scalable processes - and drive their systematization wherever possible. Build and maintain robust internal reporting frameworks. Requirements: 1. Experience in operations, account management, or problem-solving roles within e-commerce, on-demand delivery, retail, or platform businesses. 2. Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to turn data into clear narratives and concrete actions. 3. Demonstrated execution excellence, ownership, and accountability in high-pressure environments. 4. Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving, ever-changing environment. 5. Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in written and spoken English, with the confidence to engage internal and external stakeholders. Highlights: 1. Ground-floor impact at fast-growing platform. 2. Work with regional and international teams while building for the Saudi market. 3. Excellent opportunities to deepen your skills and explore innovation.
