Performs administrative secretarial function to the Department assigned. Follow up the results reported from the laboratory. Contact with the patients, evaluate the cases and begin to isolate according to MOH guidelines (tawakkalna, tetamman application?s) within 24 hours of the result being shown. In positive cases who match the conditions of admission rules, the patient is quickly notified to come in emergency department for medical examination and evaluation. Entering positive cases data on HESN and following up on all positive cases to close the status situation (recovered, died, transfer, discharge). Screening telephone call, inquiries and handling them when appropriate. Type memos, letter and any other related correspondence of the Department. Organizing and attending department committee meeting as well as taking minutes. Filling documents in sequence and maintains an existing filling system for correspondence through electronic or data base. Filling personal data of medical staff in the department and updated from time to time. Develops and coordinates the Quality Improvement Program within his/her area of responsibilities. Maintains a clean working environment. Serves as a role model and represents the department in professional manner. Adhere to the Dress and Appearance Code. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures. Performs other applicable tasks assigned within the level of his competence as required by the title of the post as required. Fully aware and actively implement the departmental policies and procedures, national and international standards or requirements related to the department. Participate in hospital Safety Management & Risk Management Programs. Actively reports incidents in the system and whenever needed, participated in incident review, and root cause analysis.
