Partnership Management Manager

Responsibilities: 1. Develop, onboard, and manage 3PL partners and maintain strong partner relationships. 2. Drive courier recruitment and capacity development to ensure sufficient delivery supply. 3. Monitor key partner KPIs, identify operational gaps, and drive improvements in fulfillment efficiency and service quality. 4. Drive the implementation of key initiatives and coordinate internal and external resources to solve operational issues. Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in logistics, on-demand delivery, food delivery platforms, or channel management. 2. Experience with leading platforms is preferred. 3. Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and operational management skills. 4. Strong communication, negotiation, and partner management skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset. 5. Fluent in English as a working language. 6. Experience in the Saudi market or proficiency in Arabic is preferred. Highlights: 1.
