In this role, the successful candidate will manage a busy and professional reception desk, serving as the first point of contact for visitors. The individual will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders. Additionally, they should be knowledgeable about school policies and procedures to assist and guide visitors appropriately. Show evidence of strong secretarial and administrative experience within a large organisation. Prior experience of working within a school environment will be a clear advantage.
