We’re on the hunt for an Assistant Sales Manager – Global + Long stay who’s ready to make an impact. What You’ll Be Rockin’: An Assistant Sales Manager - Global & Long Stay drives proactive sales initiatives across Global Accounts, Global TMCs, the Education Segment, Long Stay Business, Business Travel, Transient, and Groups & Events, while building strong regional and international partnerships to grow the hotel's base business. The role manages all long-stay listing portals, negotiates commercial terms, develops long-term proposals, and builds the base business for annual agreements in close collaboration with Lead Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams. The incumbent serves as a key contact for RHG Global Sales teams, oversees the Cvent Transient RFP platform, manages global account proposals, and develops relationships with regional offices and corporate travel influencers in the Middle East. This role balances global commercial strategy with Radisson RED's unique creative character, working proactively to expand market reach, strengthen relationships, and support the hotel’s long-term revenue performance. All duties follow RHG policies, local law, and brand standards. Main areas of responsibility: - Proactively develop and grow business from Global Accounts, regional offices, and multinational companies. - Build and strengthen relationships with global and local TMCs/DMCs to generate transient, group, long-stay and MICE opportunities. - Maintain close communication with RHG Global Sales Offices, ensuring alignment on shared accounts and opportunities. - Manage the Cvent Transient platform, including RFP submissions, negotiations, and global account proposals. - Manage and update all long-stay listing portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.). - Negotiate portal visibility, rates, T&Cs, and promotional packages. - Convert long-stay walk-ins, online leads, and long-term relocation requests into confirmed business. - Develop long-term proposals and annual agreements in coordination with Leas Sales & Marketing & Revenue (The Club). - Drive production from business travel agencies, corporate travel programs, and preferred partners. - Support transient and group segments with rate development, RFP submissions, and proactive sales efforts. - Participate in sales calls with team members to close new business and strengthen relationships. - Identify and convert new opportunities in transient, groups, long stay, and MICE to achieve revenue goals. - Conduct proactive sales calls, client meetings, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, and market visits. - Develop relationships within the community to expand the hotel’s customer base. - Work collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated, non-duplicative sales efforts. - Understand market dynamics, including competitor strengths, weaknesses, economic conditions, and demand drivers - Prepare creative proposals, annual agreements, and long-stay contracts aligned with RED brand standards. - Execute and support operational aspects of confirmed business (proposals, contracts, communication). - Provide accurate and complete turnover to internal stakeholders for seamless booking and guest experience. - Close the best opportunities considering market conditions, rate structures, and property priorities. - Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Work closely with Lead Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to ensure aligned commercial execution. - Ensure smooth running of the Sales function by supporting all proactive initiatives and departmental objectives. - Support internal planning and execution of sales and marketing projects. - pipelines, production, and results. - Develop and implement strategies where key sales metrics are identified and delivered through reporting tools. - Review performance regularly and provide recommend
