Operator, Heavy Vehicle - ADNOC Distribution

To load the petroleum products in heavy duty road tankers from ADNOC Distribution Terminal and drive to\u00A0various customers, filling station/depots locations for the delivery. To ensure that vehicle is in good operating\u00A0condition for delivery of products. To comply with all safety precautions and standards. To attend\u00A0loading/offloading in the designate facilities. \u2022 Receive FAN (Filling Advise Notice) from the Distribution Supervisors, checks and drive the vehicles to\u00A0designated loading bay and loads the product as per the FAN details and according to the laid down\u00A0procedures. \u2022 Inspects the vehicle before loading to ensure that routine maintenance checks have been carried out by workshop personnel and informs any defects to Distribution Supervisor. Checks availability of hoses and couplings in the vehicle. Ensures that product compartment of the vehicle is empty before loading any products. Ensures that fuel tanks are full before proceeding on trips and seal the vehicle properly in the supervision of Supply Operators before proceeding to deliver product. \u2022 Load the petroleum products in heavy duty road tankers from ADNOC Distribution Terminal and drive\u00A0to various customer or filling station/depot locations for the delivery and back, according to dispatch\u00A0schedules and work shifts. Ensures that loading arms are properly handled and parked back after\u00A0completion of loading. Ensures Safe Speed Limit is maintained while driving and UAE Traffic Rules &\u00A0regulations are followed. \u2022 Inform ADNOC Emergency Response system (800999) in the event of accident or break down. During\u00A0emergency in the Depot follows emergency response procedure. \u2022 Report the Supervisor about the customer site condition, approach road and storage facilities, if\u00A0difficulties are encountered at the customer site, for the re-inspection and necessary action. \u2022 After loading is finished collects Product Delivery Note/Product Transfer Notes from Depot gate.\u00A0Handover Product Delivery Note/Product Transfer Notes to customers/filling stations representative for\u00A0their signature and returns them to Dispatch Assistant / Dispatch Supervisors after delivery of products. \u2022 Connects and disconnects hoses to the Road Tanker at customer/filling station/depot sites. Ensures\u00A0that the person in charge for off- loading and receiving the product at customer site or filling station is\u00A0present and ready to receive the product. \u2022 Inspects vehicle prior to usage and ensures that vehicle is in suitable working condition and fit for\u00A0delivery of product. Ensures that hoses, couplings, dipsticks and fire extinguisher are on vehicle.\u00A0Checks oil, tires, lights, cleanliness (particularly windshields) prior to leaving depot. Reports any\u00A0abnormal noises, defects or vibrations to supervisor. Ensures the availability of valid vehicle registration\u00A0card, road permits and required security passes before leaving to the assigned destination. Takes\u00A0vehicle to out-sourced garages as directed to be cleaned, serviced and repaired. Attends vehicle in the event of an accident or breakdown, until the arrival of Emergency Response Team, civil Defence and\u00A0Workshop crew. \u2022 Engages in the recovery operation of contaminated product at the Service Station / Customer sites\u00A0under the supervision of Distribution Supervisor/ Dispatch Assistant. \u2022 Engages in the delivery of special products such as Jet A1 & Multi products (in drums) to the VIP customers and Biodiesel etc. \u2022 Complies with all safety rules and regulations and adheres to (particularly Fasten seat belt, maintain\u00A0speed limits & follow the fatigue & distractions events in line with ADNOC Life Saving rules) including\u00A0the use of PPE. Maintain & keep the work environment in a clean and tidy condition including removal\u00A0of wastes and spillages. \u2022 Provides outstanding customer service and strives to provide a high level of service to all customers, at\u00A0all times to ensure customer loyalty. \u2022 Performs other similar or related duties when assigned by Distribution Team Leader or direct supervisor. \u2022 Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices. \u2022 Perform the job safely in line with HSE procedures \u2022 Ensure full compliance to PPE and other safety regulations \u2022 Reports all Incidents and Near Misses, immediately to the supervisor \u2022 Follows Company Emergency Procedures and participates in Emergency drills accordingly. \u2022 Participate in HSE campaigns, training courses, awareness sessions and initiatives deployment to ensure meeting the objectives. \u2022 Carry out regular and surprise rounds of critical areas of operation as well as facilities to ensure that fire equipment

Inspect vehicle prior to loading and after use; report defects. Ensure hoses, couplings, dipsticks, and fire extinguisher are on vehicle; verify fuel tanks are full; seal vehicle under supervision. Follow FAN details and procedures for loading; ensure safe speed and UAE traffic regulations. Communicate with Distribution Supervisor; inform in case of accidents or breakdowns and follow emergency procedures. Collect and hand over Product Delivery Notes/Transfer Notes to customers and return them to Dispatch. Connect/disconnect hoses at customer sites; ensure receiving personnel are present. Verify vehicle registration, road permits, and security passes; transport to outsourced garages for cleaning/maintenance. Participate in recovery operations for contaminated product; deliver special products (Jet A1, Biodiesel, etc.). Adhere to safety rules, PPE usage, and environmental cleanliness; provide outstanding customer service. Perform other duties as assigned by Distribution Team Leader or supervisor. Comply with HSE policies, incident reporting, emergency procedures, and participation in training and campaigns.
