Specialist - HSE (CPX)

The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring effective health, safety, and environmental governance during the execution of OT cybersecurity and critical infrastructure projects across substations, control centers, and related facilities. The role supports safe site execution by managing HSE documentation, permit processes, and compliance activities in alignment with OSHAD, ISO standards, and CPX\u2019s IMS/HSE framework.The position requires close coordination with engineering and project teams to enable installation, cabling, panel works, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and site activities to be conducted safely and in full compliance with client and regulatory requirements. The HSE Officer will take ownership of Permit-to-Work (PTW), Method Statements, Risk Assessments, toolbox talks, site inductions, and HSE audits, ensuring continuous readiness for utility and brownfield OT environments.
