ODOO Developer Technical Lead

As ODOO Developer Technical Lead, you will play a central role in guiding the company’s ERP and wider IT direction. You will combine technical leadership with operational oversight, helping ensure that business systems support day-to-day needs while enabling future growth and improvement across the organization. Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate the whole IT department and IT projects. - Lead cross-functional technology projects and oversee project coordination across business and IT teams. - Design ERP solutions aligned with business and operational needs. - Troubleshoot ERP and business application issues to support reliable operations. - Manage IT teams and external vendors while maintaining effective communication with business stakeholders.
